Ceiling fan. Good or bad?

We are planning to install ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

Is it good or bad?

Any suggestions?

Generally, there are two types of fan commonly found in a household; a standing fan or a ceiling fan. A ceiling fan can be installed without determining a good geomantic location.

However, it is not wise to place any standing fan at th central location of the house, in front of they deity or wealth position, or else while revolving, the fan might disperse all oncoming auspicious and wealth forces. Ceiling fans do not have this concern, however it's the safety and maintance aspects you need to consider. Ceiling fans are very hard to maintain. It gets dirty as easily as a normal fan and you need to use a ladder to clean it. The top part of the fans are not easy to reach also.

I heard bad things about ceiling fans. But not standing fans.

Ceiling fans are said to cause energy sapped and making the person exhausted.

I read that you can put a crystal with a red string hanging from the center of the fan, maybe using blue-tag.
