I am a Dragon. I am full of drive and ambition. My business is on my mind day and night and put in a lot of efforts to work.

My partner is a Goat, happy go lucky, without drive and ambition.

I realised that I am doing most of the work for the past. I have discussed this with my partner and even had many quarrels. The Goat just refused to move. Day in an day out, nothing much is done. My partner waste a lot of time everyday doing non-business things. Full of excuses everytime.

How can I motivate the Goat to work harder and care more about the business?
