hi ice2k2,
Is your house belonging to the 'po cai' (broken $) type? The PC house typically has its back door see through (worst is a straight line) from front door. Pls note, window can take the place of a back door. Do you have leaking water pipes?
cheers

fshuifan: hi your expert insight on money loss is entriguing. I have heard about the leaking water pipe for explaining money loss but never the "po cai" type of house. I am trying to fix my house as I have been experiencing trouble since I've moved into this home. If you can help, it would be great. I live in a 2 family house. There's front door, then a hallway and then the door to my apartment. If you should opened the front door and my apartment door, you can see all the way to the back door. Which is what you had said above about being able to see all the way through. I would assume that this is bad. Now, my question is how would I, or could I remedy this. Also, I don't know if this is bad luck or bad for good feng shui but I leave my backdoor open. I have a two door system for my back door. A porch door and then a storm door. I leave the storm door open all day and night in the summer as I live pretty high up the ground. (I am unlikely to be robbed) Thanks for the response and help.

hi mary,
Yes, I am afraid your dwelling belong to the ‘po cai’ type as the common door, your apartment f/door & the b/door are in a ‘see through’ linear pattern.
The worst happen when the hallway leading to your front door is long & dimly lit & your back door always opened.
Alleviation of your luck is possible by having a wooden screen (partition) placed a short distance after your apartment door. Keep the back door closed and if the hallway is dim, hv it lit up 24-hr using a energy saving or fluorescent bulb.

p.s.
the “PC” house results mainly in your inability to save $. If you hv other ill lucks not related to $, the main ‘culprit’ cld be your apartment f/door (being opened at the Shuai, bad, sector).

fshuifan-
Thank-you so much for the tips. I will be using them all or at least I will attempt to use them all. If I am unable to partition with a screen or whatever, how else could I perhaps remedy the path from the front to the back door?

hi mary,
I think cheapest way is stll to place a wooden screen (moveable with stand, not permanent & fixed) some distance from your front door. ;)
The next choice might be more costly & hv side effects. This method requires u to place tall vases (abt 1 metre height) along the way from your front to back door. The side effect is an occupant might hv bad romances if the vases sit on his/her 'plum blosom' sector.
Bear in mind, don't open your back door unneccessarily.
cheers
