Portraits / pictures for the work place

Hi there everyone, i am John , i am new here, i would like to know what if any pictures / portraits i could hang in my osteopathic clinic to bring me more success and wealth. I already have a money frog and lucky charm, but i would like to use some pictures / portraits on the walls.

Just another question. does anyone know what are the best colour schemes to use outside when advertising a busines say on windows or on signs?
